SR Knot Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IT staffing and software services company based in Visakhapatnam, working with clients across India since 2016.
We opened in 2019 as a two-person recruitment desk, placing contract developers with a handful of Visakhapatnam startups. The pattern that kept repeating was simple: clients would hire a contractor through us, then come back a few months later asking if we could just build the feature ourselves. Eventually we stopped saying no.
Today that dual history is still the shape of the company — one team that understands the IT hiring market from the inside, and one that builds software for a living. A requirement rarely arrives as a clean "hire someone" or "build this" request, and having both under one roof means we can tell a client honestly which one they actually need.
We stayed a private limited company, kept the team close to Visakhapatnam, and grew by referral more than by advertising — most of the clients on our books today were introduced by an earlier one.
